＜Course Menu＞ ・3 Kinds of Appetizer ・Seasonal Salad ・Yukgaejang (a spicy Halal beef soup) ・Shrimp ・Halal Certified Japanese Black Wagyu Classic Beef 160gr ・Halal Certified Japanese Black Wagyu Classic Beef Like Sukiyaki 80gr ・Rice Or Chicken Green Curry ・Dessert In order to welcome our international guests, we offer a Halal-certified Wagyu Beef Yakiniku Set. This yakiniku set uses high-quality Halal-certified Wagyu beef. Please carefully read the Muslim-Friendly Policy listed in the course details before ordering. ＜Muslim friendly policy＞ 1. This establishment does not have third-party Halal certification. 2. Our kitchen is used as a general kitchen. 3. We do not use any cooking alcohol, sweet cooking rice wine, or seasonings with alcohol in them. 4. We do not use pork or pork products. For other meats, we use Halal certified ingredients. Eggs and milk are not Halal certified. 5. We have a dedicated fridge used to store Halal ingredients only. 6. We have dedicated cookware used exclusively in the preparation of our Muslim friendly menu. 7. Unless disposable tableware is specifically requested, we use the same tableware as that used for food on the general menu. Our chopsticks are disposable.
