사람이 편안히 쉴 수 있는 곳이 레스토랑입니다. 맛있는 요리와 와인으로 활력을 되찾는 곳이 레스토랑입니다. 본질로 돌아가, 편안하게 머물 수 있는 프랑스 요리 레스토랑을 만들었습니다. 가게 이름인 ”プレヴナンス”는 프랑스어로 「배려」를 의미합니다. 일본에 「오모테나시」라는 말이 있듯이, 일본에 있는 프랑스 요리 레스토랑이기에 할 수 있는 일, 저희가 생각하는 일본다움을 전해드리고자 합니다. A restaurant is a place where people can find comfort. A place where delicious food and wine can rejuvenate the spirit. Returning to these roots, we have created a cozy French restaurant. The name ”Prevenance” comes from the French word meaning ”thoughtfulness.” Just as Japan has the concept of omotenashi (hospitality), we aim to convey a sense of Japanese essence through our French restaurant in Japan.
