This course allows you to enjoy 9 dishes paired with small amounts (totaling approximately two glasses) of 9 different types of local sake from across Japan. A Sake Sommelier (JSA-certified sake diploma) will select and pair the sake to complement the dishes. Customers who order the 9 types of sake pairing can enjoy additional drinks listed on the menu at half price. *Bottle sales are not included.
