We use rare "Otaru Jidori" from Hokkaido and "Dohokunaisan Meigara Chicken". In order to make the most of the ingredients, we focus on "grilling", using high-quality Binchotan charcoal. We are a yakitori specialty restaurant where you can experience the "Omakase Yakitori Course" at the counter, using "grilled chicken only dishes" that are handmade one by one in our workshop to offer freshly grilled skewers.

We use rare 'Otaru Jidori' and 'Hokkaido Brand Chicken', both from Hokkaido.
We stay true to the grilling method to accentuate the taste of the ingredients, and use premium Binchotan charcoal. Our specialty is serving freshly grilled skewer, one by one, on our handmade 'Yakitori Only Plates' made in our workshop.
