以法式料理为基础，融合发酵、香料与高汤的层次变化，呈现一套可尽享食材搭配之妙与风味递进之趣的六道式品鉴套餐。套餐以时令食材为主轴精心构成，注重温度、香气与口感的层层交织。从轻盈前菜到鱼料理、主菜及甜点，每一道菜肴都伴随着套餐的节奏，带来不断变化的味觉体验。与晚餐相同的套餐，也可于白日宁静悠然的时光中悠享品味。 Built on French technique and layered with fermentation, spices, and dashi, this six-course tasting menu explores the harmony of ingredients and the progression of flavors. Centered on seasonal ingredients, each dish is composed with careful attention to temperature, aroma, and texture. From delicate appetizers to fish, the main course, and dessert, the menu unfolds as a carefully curated dining journey. The same course served at dinner can also be enjoyed in the calm and relaxed atmosphere of lunchtime.
