Thoughtfully composed across eight courses, it unfolds with greater depth, a more lingering finish, and a richer sense of narrative from the first course to the last. The complete expression of mesos philosophy and identity, this is the course that defines the meso experience. The same course served at dinner can also be enjoyed in the calm, unhurried atmosphere of lunchtime.
