以法式料理為軸心，層層融入發酵、香料與高湯，細膩呈現食材之間的搭配，以及整體風味的流轉，是一套共6道的品鑑套餐。以當季食材為核心，著重溫度、香氣與口感的層次堆疊精心構成。從清盈的前菜、魚料理、主菜到甜點，敬請隨著套餐的節奏，細細品味每一道菜餚所展現的風味變化。您亦可於日間靜謐悠然的時光中，享用與晚餐相同內容的套餐。 Built on French technique and layered with fermentation, spices, and dashi, this six-course tasting menu explores the harmony of ingredients and the progression of flavors. Centered on seasonal ingredients, each dish is composed with careful attention to temperature, aroma, and texture. From delicate appetizers to fish, the main course, and dessert, the menu unfolds as a carefully curated dining journey. The same course served at dinner can also be enjoyed in the calm and relaxed atmosphere of lunchtime.
