以法式料理為軸心，層層交織發酵、香料與高湯風味，呈現一套可細細品味食材搭配與風味流轉的六道式品嚐套餐。套餐以當季食材為主軸，細膩講究溫度、香氣與口感的層次變化。從輕盈的前菜、魚料理、主菜到甜點，請隨著套餐的節奏，細細品味每一道料理所帶來的風味遞進。與晚餐相同的套餐內容，也可於白日時分在寧靜舒適的氛圍中悠然享用。 Built on French technique and layered with fermentation, spices, and dashi, this six-course tasting menu explores the harmony of ingredients and the progression of flavors. Centered on seasonal ingredients, each dish is composed with careful attention to temperature, aroma, and texture. From delicate appetizers to fish, the main course, and dessert, the menu unfolds as a carefully curated dining journey. The same course served at dinner can also be enjoyed in the calm and relaxed atmosphere of lunchtime.

We offer wine pairings curated to complement each dish, creating depth and harmony between food and wine. Enjoy a relaxed moment at our counter, centered around a live open kitchen. Closed: Wednesdays (plus irregular holidays) Reservation Notes (Please read carefully) ・Seating is primarily at the counter. ・Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least one week prior to your visit.
