Centered around a whole lobster finished before you at the counter, this eight-course menu showcases seasonal ingredients through an immersive dining experience. Created for lifes special occasions, it brings together live culinary performance and refined indulgence in a truly memorable meal. The same course served at dinner can also be enjoyed in the calm, unhurried atmosphere of lunchtime.

We offer wine pairings curated to complement each dish, creating depth and harmony between food and wine. Enjoy a relaxed moment at our counter, centered around a live open kitchen.
