About Course Menu
While we source select ingredients and seasonings from both Japan and around the world, we also incorporate seasonal local produce from Shiga, including fresh vegetables and river fish. Our rice is organically grown in Ogi, and we use pesticide-free vegetables from contracted farmers in Makino Town, Takashima-gun, striving to offer healthy and body-friendly Japanese cuisine. Private room reservations are not available on Saturdays and Sundays (including Golden Week). On weekends, only counter seating is available.
