About Course Menu
While we source carefully selected ingredients and seasonings from Japan and around the world, we also incorporate seasonal vegetables and river fish from local Shiga as the seasons change. We use organically cultivated rice from Ogi and pesticide-free vegetables from a contracted farm in Makino-cho, Takashima-gun, aiming to provide healthy and body-friendly Japanese cuisine.
