こちらは平日のランチ限定のコースです。 お仕事の合間の昼休みや、軽めのランチ、映画前のクイックランチなど、お時間制限がある方にお勧めの「メイン料理一品」のプランです。 メイン料理は、魚料理や肉料理、パスタなどの約8種類の中から、お選びいただけます。 ひとつひとつの食材が丁寧に扱われ、最高の状態で提供されるため、まるでご褒美のようなひとときを。短いランチでも心が満たされる喜びを感じられます。 「とにかく美味しいものが食べたい」「人が心を込めて丁寧に作った料理を味わいたい」そんな思いをお持ちの方は、ぜひご利用ください。

[Amuse Bouche] [Choose one main course] ■ Pan-seared seasonal vegetables with vibrant colors, served with basil-scented quinoa tabbouleh ■ Spaghetti with black truffle topped with a soft-boiled egg (+8,000) ■ Grilled swordfish with a beurre noisette sauce combined with kumquat and lemon ■ Caramelized black cod with radish mousseline *** ■ Roasted wild boar loin from Tamba with sautéed spinach and sauce chasseur ■ Iwate prefecture-raised guinea fowl roasted to a crisp finish in a rotisserie, served with potato puree (+1,500) ■ Tenderly stewed veal blanquette served with bamboo shoot pilaf and kinome ■ Wagyu sirloin with a black pepper crust, served with vegetable fritters (+4,000) [Coffee, Tea, or Espresso with Mignardises] ■ A dessert can be added for an additional 1,980 yen if desired. ■ Additional charges apply based on your food selection.
