KIZAHASHI October 7 – November 3 - Amuse-bouche - Appetizer (Smoked Spanish mackerel, red turnip with grated radish vinegar, Hon-shimeji mushroom, abalone mushroom, maitake mushroom, king oyster mushroom, bok choy) - Steamed Dish (Steamed egg custard, autumn salmon, turnip purée) - Main Dish (Deep-fried matsutake mushroom with arare rice crackers, eggplant, sweet potato, finished with grated radish sauce) - Hassun Assortment (Grilled golden eye snapper with yuzu sauce, deep-fried Japanese whiting, yuba marinated in miso, salted salmon roe, Mibuna greens, chrysanthemum ohitashi, walnuts, chestnut, Anno sweet potato, fig, persimmon namasu, nanban-zuke marinade, mozuku vinegar, lightly battered pike conger, lotus root mochi, hiratake mushroom, maitake mushroom, green beans, pike conger roe sauce) - Meal (Temari sushi, red miso soup) - Dessert: Change to a set with warabi mochi and coffee or tea for an additional 1,500 yen Please inform our staff in advance if you have any food allergies.
