Kaze ～KAZE～ <September 2 – October 5> • Amuse-bouche • Appetizer (Mackerel pressed sushi, persimmon, mukago, lily bulb, tofu dressing, conger eel roe aspic) • Clear Soup (Bush clover shinjo, autumn salmon, matsutake mushroom) • Sashimi (Assortment of two kinds) • Grilled Dish (Hoba leaf grill, grilled splendid alfonsino with coarse miso and yuzu marinade, deep-fried cutlassfish, candied sweet potato, taro with dried mullet roe and aromatic seasoning) Change to Kyoto-produced Japanese Black Wagyu beef fillet for an additional 2,800 yen • Warm Dish (Lightly fried conger eel, lotus root mochi, maitake mushroom, hiratake mushroom, Yoshino-style broth) • Rice Dish (Chicken and mushroom rice, pickles, red miso soup) Change to matsutake mushroom rice for an additional 3,000 yen • Dessert Change to a set of warabi mochi and coffee or tea for an additional 1,500 yen Please inform our staff in advance if you have any food allergies.
