At Café & Bar TEA AND BAR, we offer seasonal limited-edition cakes.

A deep green matcha cake, inspired by moss balls, expresses a small inner garden with almond gravel and a vivid blue butterfly pea jelly pond. Presented in a glass container, it gives the impression of a terrarium. The moss ball conceals a terrine of chocolate infused with sake and matcha ganache in the center, wrapped in matcha mousse. The deep taste of matcha cake, when enjoyed with the accompanying milk foam, offers a sensation akin to sipping freshly whisked matcha. Not just sweet, this elegant dish allows you to savor the depth of matcha.

Okuniwa ~OKUNIWA~

At the cafe & bar "TEA AND BAR," which modernizes the tea ceremony culture, we will begin offering our 3rd anniversary signature sweets "Okuniwa ~OKUNIWA~".

A drink with a smooth texture from the use of sake and a subtle cherry blossom aroma, perfectly paired with Kyoto's renowned sweets. We offer this beverage year-round with the hope that whenever our guests visit "The Thousand Kyoto", they can enjoy it in the same unchanging way, fostering a long-lasting connection with us.

Signature Cocktail "Sen no Omoi"

The signature cocktail "Sen no Omoi" is inspired by the many cherry blossoms that have appeared in countless waka poems and have been protected and passed down through generations of sakuramori, as well as Kyoto's renowned gardens that have survived through the fires of war to be passed down to the present day.
