Course Reservation Cancellation Policy
For reservations for 1 guest or more, the following cancellation policy applies. If cancellation or a change in the number of guests (reduction) is made after the deadline, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation of Course Reservations
・Standard: 100% of the course fee for cancellations made from 12:00 AM 2 days before the reservation date
・For parties of 10 or more: 100% of the course fee for cancellations made from 12:00 AM 14 days before the reservation date
Changes in Number of Guests (Reduction)
・10 guests or more: Changes allowed until 12:00 AM 14 days before the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course fee will be charged for each reduced guest.
・4 to 9 guests: Changes allowed until 12:00 AM 7 days before the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course fee will be charged for each reduced guest.
・3 guests or fewer: Changes allowed until 11:00 PM the day before the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course fee will be charged for each reduced guest.
Seat-Only Reservation Cancellation Policy
For reservations for 1 guest or more, the following cancellation policy applies. If cancellation or a change in the number of guests (reduction) is made after the deadline, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.
