This course is served on large shared platters. Each dish on the platter is individually portioned with space between servings so that guests’ chopsticks do not touch one another. For salads and similar dishes, serving tongs and other utensils will be provided. If cancellation or a change in the number of guests (reduction) is made after the deadline, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation of Course Reservations ・Standard: 100% of the course fee for cancellations made from 12:00 AM 2 days before the reservation date ・For parties of 10 or more: 100% of the course fee for cancellations made from 12:00 AM 14 days before the reservation date Changes in Number of Guests (Reduction) ・10 guests or more: Changes allowed until 12:00 AM 14 days before the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course fee will be charged for each reduced guest. ・4 to 9 guests: Changes allowed until 12:00 AM 7 days before the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course fee will be charged for each reduced guest. ・3 guests or fewer: Changes allowed until 11:00 PM the day before the reservation date.
