[Cancellation Policy for Course Reservations]
The following cancellation policy applies to reservations for 1 guest or more. If cancellation or a change in the number of guests (reduction) is made after the deadline, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.
[Cancellation of Course Reservations]
- Standard: 100% of the course price from 12:00 AM 2 days prior to the reservation date
- 10 guests or more: 100% of the course price from 12:00 AM 14 days prior to the reservation date
[Changes in Number of Guests (Reduction)]
- 10 guests or more: Changes accepted until 12:00 AM 14 days prior to the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course price for the reduced number of guests will be charged.
- 4 to 9 guests: Changes accepted until 12:00 AM 7 days prior to the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course price for the reduced number of guests will be charged.
- 3 guests or fewer: Changes accepted until 11:00 PM on the day before the reservation date. After that, 100% of the course price for the reduced number of guests will be charged.
