We offer a single chef’s choice course featuring seasonal ingredients. As a matter of policy, we make every effort not to serve the same menu to returning guests. Our meats are sourced from across Japan without being limited to local production for local consumption, including rare cuts such as Ohmi Beef from Shiga and Tankaku Beef from Iwate, as well as select imports from overseas. Our seafood and vegetables come from Kyushu. Our popular handmade pasta is made with semolina flour from wheat sourced from a farm in Chiba, and is distinguished by a pleasantly firm, soba-like texture. We warmly invite you to enjoy it.
