About Course Menu
This is an omakase course crafted with flexible ideas and genuine sensibilities, without setting a specific concept. We carefully select the best seasonal ingredients, starting with vegetables and seafood from Kyushu, herbs from Kajitani Farm in Hiroshima, Shorthorn beef and French guinea fowl from Iwate, Ozaki beef from Miyazaki, and French lamb. Each dish is prepared to bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients. Our pasta is made by hand with rare semolina flour, characterized by its crisp texture due to its minimal water content. Enjoy our omakase course composed with seasonal ingredients.
