[Restaurant Fontana] Located inside the hotel, just a 3-minute drive from Echigo-Yuzawa Station, this elegant restaurant offers a refined and luxurious dining experience. The menu, created by our Executive Chef, features beautifully presented dishes incorporating Italian and French influences.
