This special course pairs our signature 9-skewer grilled selection, expertly prepared over binchotan charcoal by our chefs, with a sake tasting flight featuring three varieties of Japanese sake, including the highly sought-after Juyondai. Enjoy the distinct character of each pairing alongside our most popular White Liver, A5-grade Sendai Beef Ribeye, and rare cuts selected according to the day’s sourcing, such as oyster thigh. Japanese Sake Tasting Flight Each guest will be served approximately 60ml of each sake, for a total of 180ml. ・Juyondai (guaranteed) ・2 seasonal local sake selections Notes Juyondai is guaranteed to be included; however, the specific label may vary depending on availability. Course Contents ・Today’s small appetizer ・9 chef’s choice skewers Including A5-grade Sendai Beef Ribeye and White Liver, as well as carefully selected jidori chicken, each skewer is grilled individually and served at its best.
