For inquiries about specific room or machine requests such as dual monitor rooms or DVD viewing, please contact the store directly by phone. (These cannot be specified through web reservations.) Please note that as this is a reservation-only course, it will display as 0 yen on screen, but charges will apply based on usage time and number of people. We do not offer services that exceed the usage time for minors as stipulated by the youth development ordinances of each prefecture. Some discount plans cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or service tickets, so please be aware beforehand. On the scheduled day of your visit, it may not be possible to change or cancel your reservation online. If this occurs, please contact the store directly. We cannot serve alcohol to customers who come by car. After making a reservation, we may call you back. For changes or cancellations to your reservation, please contact the store by phone.
