You can luxuriously enjoy the rare Izumo Wagyu beef, of which only a few dozen heads are shipped annually, as a bistecca. With its meat rich in oleic acid, you can enjoy it without the greasiness, avoiding any heaviness in the stomach. Please also enjoy the harmony with ingredients that evoke the breath of spring.
