At Gyujin, we primarily use carefully selected top-grade Kobe beef. The appetizers prepared by experts who know beef inside out offer a multifaceted taste of its charm, truly setting the stage for the beginning of Japanese cuisine. The sukiyaki, enjoyed in our special square iron pot, starts with the first piece being grilled right in front of you by our staff, allowing you to savor the changes in aroma, sound, and heat. We also offer shabu-shabu accompanied by a colorful array of seasonal vegetables, as well as courses that include a sirloin steak.
