CREATERNA is a coined name combining the Latin words Creo (creation) and Aeternus (eternity). Free from the confines of any single genre, it embodies a commitment to creating cuisine endlessly under the themes of creativity, refinement, and art.
Owner Chef Tsuneyuki Suwa, who honed his craft at some of the world’s top restaurants including France’s Le Petit Nice, Norway’s Maaemo, and Spain’s Disfrutar and El Celler de Can Roca, and later served as Executive Chef at the Michelin two-star grand maison Sant Pau in Tokyo, creates truly one-of-a-kind dishes through his singular sensibility. Rather than following established classics or tradition, we offer a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with cuisine that can only be experienced at CREATERNA.

・Due to system limitations, we may be unable to accept reservations for large groups. If you are unable to make a reservation online, please contact us by phone or email.
・For birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations, we can prepare a luxurious tea sweets stand for ￥1,500 (tax included). If you would like a message prepared, you may choose from Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Happy Anniversary, Happy Wedding, Happy Wedding Anniversary, Happy Engagement, or Merry Christmas.

＊This will be provided as an upgrade to the tea sweets normally served.
＊The tea sweets and other items presented on the stand are subject to change depending on the season and ingredient availability.
・As dishes are served in coordination with other guests booked for the same seating time, if you arrive after your reservation time, the number of courses served may be reduced.
・Smart casual attire is recommended. Please note that entry may be refused to guests wearing overly casual clothing such as sandals or tank tops.
・When visiting, please refrain from wearing excessive perfume or strongly scented fabric softener. If we determine that the fragrance may cause discomfort to other guests, we may refuse entry.
・Children are recommended to be of elementary school age or older and must be able to enjoy the same meal as adults.
