About Course Menu

All courses are a full-course style completely entrusted to the chef. The 11,000 yen course features a luxurious composition of 7 to 8 dishes woven with seasonal flavors and delicate techniques. Starting with an amuse-bouche, followed by two appetizers, seasonal pasta, 1 to 2 recommended dishes of the day, and continuing to the main dish, concluding with homemade desserts or cheese, along with after-dinner coffee and sweets. Enjoy a leisurely gastronomic moment over 2 to 3 hours with homemade bread. The content and number of dishes in the course change based on the ingredients procured on the day, delivering new surprises and excitement with each visit. *Please note that the contents may change depending on the procurement situation.
