About Course Menu

All courses are a full-course style completely entrusted to the chef. The 11,000 yen course offers a luxurious composition of 7 to 8 dishes, showcasing the seasonal flavors and delicate techniques. Starting with a small appetizer, followed by two appetizers, seasonal pasta, one to two plates of today’s special dishes by Ciclamente, leading to the main dish, and concluding with homemade dolce or cheese, along with post-meal coffee and sweets. Enjoy this gourmet experience at a leisurely pace over 2 to 3 hours with homemade bread.
