About Course Menu
This lunch-exclusive set offers an easy way to enjoy Chotei’s authentic Chinese cuisine. For the à la carte dish, each guest may choose their preferred item individually. Prepared by two master chefs—one who served at the State Guest House Baiyunshan in Guangzhou, and another who honed his craft for more than half a century at a renowned French restaurant in Kagurazaka—this is creative Chinese cuisine that can only be experienced at Chotei.
