We have added steamed whole abalone to create an affordable yet satisfying course. Please enjoy the creative Chinese cuisine found only at Chotei, crafted by two master chefs: one who trained at the State Guest House Baiyunshan in Guangzhou, and another who honed his skills for more than half a century at a renowned French restaurant in Kagurazaka.
