Reservation for seats only. Please note that we do not accept any change in the number of used points or number of people at the store. Please make any changes to the number of people by the day before. If it exceeds the deadline, we may not be able to prepare the seats. In case of same-day cancellation, the points entered may not be refunded. If we cannot confirm your reservation upon arrival, there is a possibility that it will be considered a cancellation. We appreciate your understanding. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate any seat preferences you provide. Depending on the crowd conditions inside the store, there might be a limitation on your stay duration. If you wish to reserve for a time or number of people exceeding what is displayed on the reservation screen, please directly contact the store. Please make sure to arrive at the time you selected during the reservation. If you arrive 15 minutes past the reserved time, your reservation may be cancelled. If you make a change or cancellation on the day, please contact the store.
