We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, if you wish to cancel, please do so by the day before through the website yourself. If you are unable to cancel online, please be sure to call the store in advance. Please note that if you cancel without prior notice on the day, we may refuse your future use of our services. Also, if you are more than 15 minutes late from the reserved time, it may be treated as a cancellation. We ask for your understanding.
