Our monthly chef’s choice course. A seasonal course featuring carefully selected旬のdelicious ingredients, finished with Basque essences. From amuse-bouche to coffee, enjoy a nine-course experience with the unique quality and variety only a chef’s choice course can offer, little by little. 5 paired drinks to match the cuisine We carefully select five beverages to complement the dishes, from a sparkling toast to a red wine paired with the main course. For those who would like a little more to drink, this can be changed to seven selections afterward. (Non-alcoholic pairings are also available for guests who are sensitive to alcohol.)
