About Course Menu
We prepare whole chickens, shipped directly from Hinai Town in Akita Prefecture, right in our restaurant. We pay close attention to the freshness of the chickens, ensuring it is as fresh as if they could be eaten as sashimi, and carefully prepare skewers to match the number of guests. Enjoy our yakitori, delicately grilled over a charcoal fire, featuring rare cuts that can only be achieved by processing whole chickens. We also source seasonal vegetables from Akita's markets, crafting a menu that allows you to experience the seasons alongside Hinai free-range chicken.
