- If we are unable to reach you 10 minutes past your reservation time, we will have to consider your reservation canceled and prioritize seating other guests. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late. - For cancellations, please be sure to contact us whether you are in a group or an individual. If you do not arrive despite having a reservation, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee. - If the course is undecided, a cancellation fee of 3,240 yen per person will be charged. - Due to purchasing and preparation schedules, please contact us as soon as possible if there is a change in the number of people in your reservation.
