Luxurious Fresh Fugu Course utilizing live tiger puffer fish from the in-store tank without leaving anything behind. Fresh milt obtained from live fugu is served as sashimi (from mid-December to mid-March, grilled otherwise). The course features generous portions. Please enjoy with our homemade ponzu sauce.
