About Course Menu
A standard 10-piece nigiri course centered on the chef’s recommended selections of the day. Recommended for first-time guests, this is the standard choice if you are unsure. For an additional ＋2,000円, you can add a fatty tuna and fresh sea urchin hand roll. Please note that the course will be served over approximately 60 minutes. Seating is limited to 90 minutes.
