A 7-course Kanazawa Italian full-course menu that lets you fully enjoy Allegro and Kanazawa, featuring appetizers lavishly prepared with fresh seafood and fish from Hokuriku, as well as charcoal-grilled cuts of meat.

Our pasta is homemade and freshly hand-cut every day. We take pride in the texture of our roasted whole wheat fresh pasta.
