For this one special day, Chef Kataoka will personally welcome guests and present a specially curated course.
Built around abalone, lobster, and beef tenderloin, the course has been elevated with additional luxurious delicacies.

The experience begins with delicate amuse-bouches featuring scallops and buffalo mozzarella.
