A New Offering from Ambigram We have launched a Saturday-only lunch course in which you can choose your pasta. Perfect for those who find a full course too much but still want a satisfying lunch, this course features two chef-recommended appetizers with regional character, followed by your choice of long or short pasta in a prix fixe style. Appetizer 1 Caponata Napoletana A traditional Neapolitan dish of vegetables such as tomatoes served on homemade frise bread Appetizer 2 Fish Polpette with Mint and Parsley Salsa Verde Each guest may choose one pasta dish from the following: ・Spaghetti Tuna, eggplant, oregano, olives, and capers ・Mafaldine Italian green peas, prosciutto, and a hint of lemon ・Short Pasta: Fusilli Arrabbiata with baby octopus ・Homemade Short Pasta: Cavatelli Veal ragù with saffron and spices Served with an after-meal beverage The above menu is a sample. Items may change depending on the season and available ingredients. Guests who would like dessert will be offered additional options on the day.
