A New Proposal from Ambigram We have started a lunch course, available on Saturdays only, with a choice of house-made pasta. Perfect for those who find a full course too much but still want a satisfying lunch. Enjoy two appetizers recommended by our chef, each with regional character, followed by a prefix-style pasta selection featuring our special house-made pasta or dried pasta, with both long and short pasta options available. Appetizer 1 Caponata Napoletana A traditional Neapolitan dish of vegetables and tomato served on our house-made friselle bread Appetizer 2 Fish polpette with mint and parsley salsa verde Each guest may choose one pasta from the following: ・Spaghetti Tuna, eggplant, oregano, olives, and capers ・Mafaldine Italian green peas, prosciutto, and a hint of lemon ・Short Pasta: Fusilli Baby octopus arrabbiata ・House-Made Short Pasta: Cavatelli Veal ragù with saffron and spices Includes an after-meal beverage The above menu is a sample.
