- We may refuse reservations if you have extensive allergies or food restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, no raw fish). - Additionally, if you fall under any of the following categories, we are unable to accommodate you, and we kindly ask that you make a reservation in a different season (e.g., no shellfish during crab season, no matsutake mushrooms during matsutake season, no bamboo shoots during bamboo shoot season). - If you arrive late or need to leave early, we may not be able to serve part of the course. Please allow enough time to ensure a relaxed dining experience.
