This course serves as a gateway to the evening's "Arte" at our restaurant, where we offer dishes in the style of a ristorante. We begin by presenting five small dishes featuring regional cuisine primarily from Northern Italy, where our chef has worked. Each dish offers a taste of Northern Italy's culinary culture to be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. Following this, enjoy our homemade, chef-prepared hand-made pasta. The core flavors of our "Arte" cuisine can also be savored during lunch. After your meal, a small dessert and a beverage will be provided.

the chef draws on 15 years of experience and refined sensibilities cultivated in Italy

【Special Full Course】"La via dell arte ‥ The Path of Art" Approximately 11 dishes

This course is a special full course designed to let you deeply savor the skills and experiences honed as a chef over 15 years in Italy. Centered around our homemade hand-cut pasta, each dish from the appetizer to the fish course, main dish, and dessert builds up to offer an enjoyable lingering finish to the entire course. For the main dish, we use French pigeon or specially selected Japanese Wagyu beef and carefully bring out their inherent flavors while engaging with the ingredients.

Even after finishing your meal, it is a course positioned as a special offering within Arte, crafted with the aim of providing a dining experience that remains memorable until the next day.
