Our signature special course lets you fully indulge in luxurious flavors. The appetizers begin with an assorted charcuterie platter, accompanied by a potato salad tart and a classic Caesar salad for a colorful start. For the hot dish, we serve mussels and clams steamed in white wine. The main dishes are roast beef with red wine sauce and a 48-hour aged pork shoulder loin steak. To finish, enjoy mentaiko cream pasta, followed by coffee jelly for dessert, creating a satisfying experience through the very end. With 3 hours of all-you-can-drink included, this course is ideal for dinners on special occasions such as year-end parties, anniversaries, birthdays, girls’ nights, and dates.
