About Course Menu
This is a special course created by a chef from Kagoshima, incorporating seasonal ingredients from his hometown of Kagoshima Prefecture as well as from Ibaraki. The main dish features selections such as Japanese Black Wagyu beef and game. If you do not enjoy game, please let us know when making your reservation. For your toast, we will provide either one 200ml mini bottle of sparkling wine or one 200ml mini bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling beverage. One bottle per group.
