Please enjoy our signature seafood salad made with the bountiful treasures from the sea and mountains of the Miura Peninsula, which can only be found on this course. The main dish features fillet steak made with Miura beef raised at the Miura Peninsula Koshin Farm, and includes lobster. (In case Miura beef is unavailable, it will be substituted with A5-grade Wagyu beef.)
