Please enjoy our chef's special seafood salad that features delicacies from the sea and the land of the Miura Peninsula, exclusively available in this course. The main dishes include lobster and filet steak made using Miura beef from Miura Peninsula's Kosin Farm. (If Miura beef is unavailable, it will be replaced with A5-grade black Wagyu beef.)
