Seasonal Chef's Choice: Saisonales Überraschungsmenü (Seasonal Surprise Menu)

We are pleased to offer dishes from the German-speaking regions, including Germany and Austria, which are still not widely familiar in Japan, reimagined through Japanese ingredients and sensibilities. We provide an open kitchen focused on counter seating, as well as private rooms where you can enjoy your time in a tranquil setting. Our restaurant can be utilized for a wide range of occasions, from casual meals with friends, special moments with loved ones, to business meals and more. For first-time visitors or those less familiar with the cuisine of German-speaking regions, we recommend our signature "Blauer Engel Course." We accept reservations for seats only (a la carte) or courses on the day, but booking a course in advance ensures smooth service on the day of your visit. Please enjoy a selection of beers, wines, coffee, tea, and herbal teas from the German-speaking regions, as well as combinations with non-alcoholic beverages.
