About Course Menu
An open and airy restaurant with panoramic views of the Hayama sea right before you. Enjoy the chef’s full-course menu featuring seasonal ingredients discovered on journeys in search of exceptional produce. Due to recent climate changes and other factors, the availability of ingredients has become unstable. Please note in advance that the menu may be subject to change. Regarding Allergies We use a large amount of seafood in our dishes. Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests with seafood allergies. For the number of seats reserved, an equal number of course reservations is required. <Regarding Seating> For ocean-side seats, a seating charge of 3,000 yen (tax included) will be added. Please note that seat locations cannot be specified. Until November: Entry from 12:00 / Course starts at 12:30 From December: Entry from 11:30 / Course starts at 12:00 <Regarding Sunlight> Depending on the weather, there may be strong direct sunlight.
