[With Toasted Sparkling Wine] A luxurious course that allows you to savor the charm of our grill, covering everything from appetizers to main dishes, ending with a bite-sized dessert. It begins with carpaccio of fresh fish scented with fragrant taihaku sesame oil, followed by specialties such as "Grill-style Peking Duck," the popular "Char Siu Tart," and the deeply satisfying "Shrimp Wanton Soup." The sophisticated dishes continue to flow. For the main, we have "Sweetfish with Crispy Scales in Black Bean Sauce" and "Cantonese Chicken," both grilled to perfection. Furthermore, you can choose your preferred hot dishes and noodle or rice options. To conclude, the course ends with almond jelly with a refined sweetness, delivering a modern Chinese course that is unique to our grill.
