About Course Menu

A restaurant by Chef Koichi Hashimoto, who trained at renowned places such as Spain's El Bulli and Martin Berasategui. Most recently, he served as the head chef at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo's Tapas Molecular Bar, offering dining experiences full of emotion and surprise. If you arrive late, your meal will be served from the current point in the course.
